I have been to this shop with every issue since October of 2025. Whether it be my jeep or any other vehicle nonsense, Mr tire has been supportive and trustworthy! Craig and Tyler have been super helpful and insightful, there prices are competitive and affordable! I cannot be happier to call this shop my go to for vehicle troubles!

Craig ordered wrong airbags for my truck, I have a video of what happened to my air bags now 2500 miles later I have some serious big problems, THIS IS GOING TO COST ME $ 3,000.00 to replace your mistake !!! Another problem (scam) I was told my power steering had a leak, took it to another mechanic and there was no problem, saved $ 274.00 Do not let this shop work on your vehicle, it’s a damm good thing i am not in Grand Island anymore or all hell would break loose 😡😡😡 DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP !!!

Just sent my Prius into Mr. Tire Outlet because of a low tire. I expe cted to pay for a new tire, but instead the wonderful staff at Mr. Tire Outlet examined my tire over and over only to find that there was no leak - just a very low tire. They spent a fair amount of time looking and then didn't charge me a cent. Thank you, Mr. Tire, for your honesty and friendliness! You made my day!

When my truck broke down and needed to get fixed asap..Jeremy Paxton and his team was there to help. I had it towed in and it was repaired immediately and all for a very fair and reasonable price no upselling or scamming included. Which from experience is hard to find honest hardworking mechanics these days. I will call them everytime.

To say the staff, service and knowledge is extraordinary at Mr. TIRE, is an understatement. Jeremy is very helpful and will go up and beyond to make sure you're taken care of. You don't feel like another "customer" when you stop in here., you are treated like family. If you haven't had service done here, give them a try as you wont regret it. You will find yourself a regular customer, like me.
